About Elyria

The earliest incarnation of Elyria Jewels was born in 1996 when jewelry designer Elisa Browsh, freshly-minted anthropology degree in hand, traveled to the South Pacific looking for adventure. What she found there was an unexpected invitation to a pearl auction, and a rare introduction to the Tahitian pearl business. Shortly afterward she launched Elyria, an import company specializing in rare and unusual Tahitian pearls. For over ten years Elyria operated as a high-end supplier of natural color Tahitian pearls catering to fine jewelry stores, as well as some of the country’s most renowned jewelry designers.

Today, Elyria Jewels is known for its own elegant and fashion-forward jewelry collections. Balancing industrial chic with a luxurious, bohemian aesthetic, Browsh incorporates her beloved pearls into sophisticated silver and gold jewelry. Her work is inspired by influences as diverse as street art and Cartier haute joaillerie. Her search for pearls and gems continues to take her across oceans and around the globe, which makes the anthropologist in her very happy.

The Elyria Jewels collection includes silver and gold jewelry, as well as a wide variety of precious stones and pearls.
