Shipping

Most items are in stock and ready to ship within 3 days. However, in the event that your item must be made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for the order to ship. If for any reason your order is expected to take longer, we will contact you to confirm the order and wait time.

Shipping and insurance charges are a flat rate of $7.95 per order. Elyria Jewels ships all items via UPS ground. Packages CAN NOT be delivered to a post office box address, and will require a signature upon delivery. Elyria Jewels accepts orders for shipping within the United States only.

Return and Exchange Policy

Elyria Jewels accepts returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition. Any decisions regarding the condition of returned or exchanged items will be at the discretion of Elyria Jewels.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • The customer will be responsible for loss or damage of merchandise during the return shipping process, until it is delivered and signed for by Elyria Jewels.
  • Items for return or exchange must be shipped to Elyria Returns within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving them.

Return/Exchange Procedure:

  1. Contact Elyria Jewels within one week of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization number. Items returned without an RA number may be shipped back to sender.

  3. Shipping method: We strongly suggest that you ship jewelry fully insured with delivery confirmation service via the United States Postal Service. For high-value returns (over $500) we suggest using USPS Registered Mail.

Ring Sizing

Ring sizings are considered exchanges. Elyria Jewels accepts requests for in-stock ring sizes only.

Repairs

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy your jewelry for many years to come. If there is any need to repair of a piece of Elyria jewelry, please contact us if your item was purchased through elyriajewels.com. Items purchased through retailers must be returned to the original retailer to process the repair.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made within 3 days of placing an order. Please contact us to request a cancellation at info@elyriajewels.com.

Elyria Jewels accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to the invoices of California residents at the rate of 9.5%.

Buying Pearls

Elyria Jewels is a direct pearl importer, traveling overseas several times a year to stock our pearl inventory. While we make every attempt to represent our jewelry accurately in photos, please remember that each pearl is different. We love the uniqueness and individuality of pearls, and are passionate about selecting pearls of especially beautiful shape and color. Though the pearl you receive will likely not be the same one pictured, rest assured it will be carefully selected and meet our high standards.
